The Name of the Rose by Umberto Eco, and Antigone by Sophocles. The latter is for school, but I'm not complaining.

Both are excellent.  I wish my school would assign Antigone again.  *dreams*

We actually were assigned the whole Oedipus Cycle. I got very lucky this semester, especially considering I was forced to take this as a mandatory introduction course.

For school, I'm reading The Grapes of Wrath.
God help you. I despised Grapes of Wrath. Granted, this is almost certainly due to the fact that I started and finished it the day before the test, but I still have lasting memories of displeasure...

I'd say it's due to the fact that it's one of the most overrated books of all this time.
